It's a bad sign when the first thing your waitress says is "Oh. You guys sat there. I didn't see you" when she finally comes over 10 minutes after you sit down. The brisket eventually came out of the kitchen, cold and fatty, and the replacement meat never showed until after we gave up on ever actually eating the stuff and asked for the bill so we could get out of there. It was the soul of kindness of the waitress to 1) offer to have the replacement brisket wrapped up to go, 2) comped that dish and 3) didn't charge us for the "extra" order of brisket. The lady and I took turns staring at that part of the bill.
