The Shamrock market, which I guess (never went there) was a very large convenience-like store a few blocks from the new house. I say was because it burned down yesterday afternoon, somehow taking out power to the entire neighborhood well past sundown. On my exploratory walk early this afternoon, I saw that it's still smoking, with almost as many firetrucks confronting it as there were yesterday. I wonder what could have been in that place that so concerned them that they didn't just let the fire burn itself out once the outer area was secure. You can't buy the really good fireworks in this state, right?
