I know plowing out parking lots is a stone pain in the ass, but there are spots you should always clear, if only to avoid getting shit from those whiney cripples. To actually bank the snow over the handicapped spots requires a special type of asshole; to bank it there for A DOCTORS OFFICE THAT SPECIALIZES IN ELDERCARE AND PHYSICAL THERAPY demands the best efforts of the heavyweight champion of shitheads.

Then again, judging by the receptionists I've overhead while waiting in this waiting room, maybe those patient-friendly parking spots were rendered useless on purpose.
