I've been studying language over the last few months -- I was going to volunteer at the American Civic Association to get out of the house more and practice my Chinese, Vietnamese and Spanish on the cheap, but landed a reasonably sweet paying job instead -- anyway, Foreign Service Institute's courses and How-to-learn-any-language.com are the main sites that I've found to be the most useful for the language autodidact.
